§ 1 Scope and Provider
These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts concluded between Sandra Ackermann (hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “Buyer”) via the online shop at sandraackermann.de for the purchase of fine art prints.

By placing an order the Buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions. Deviating terms of the Buyer shall not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Seller.
§ 2 Products
All artworks offered in the shop are Fine Art Giclée Prints on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm archival paper. Each print is a Limited Edition and comes signed and numbered by the artist, together with a Certificate of Authenticity.
All prints are produced on demand specifically for each order by the Seller’s production and fulfilment partner creativehub (app.creativehub.io). Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur depending on screen calibration.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes a non-binding invitation to the Buyer to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” or equivalent button the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatches the goods, whichever occurs first. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order, for example in the event of production errors or force majeure, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the shop are inclusive of applicable German VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated and displayed separately at checkout depending on the delivery destination.
Payment is processed securely via the payment providers available at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card via Stripe, PayPal). The Buyer’s account will be charged at the time of order placement.
§ 5 Shipping and Delivery
The Seller ships to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
All prints are carefully and professionally packed – either as flat parcels or in sturdy tubes – to ensure safe transit. Each shipment is fully tracked; the Buyer will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the order has been dispatched. All shipments are carbon-neutral.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Germany and United Kingdom: 3 – 7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4 – 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. carrier delays). Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal – Exclusion
Pursuant to Art. 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding national consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer’s specifications.
Each print is produced individually on demand after the order is placed. Accordingly, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal or return once an order has been confirmed. This exclusion does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights in the event of defective or damaged goods (see § 7).
§ 7 Defective Goods and Damage in Transit
If a print arrives damaged or is defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days of receipt by e-mail at atelier@sandraackermann.de or via the Contact form on the website, including a description of the issue and photographic evidence of the damage where possible.
Upon confirmation of the damage or defect, the Seller will arrange for a replacement print or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
§ 8 Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts and other content in the online shop are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sandra Ackermann. The purchase of a print grants the Buyer the right to display the physical print for private, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, public display, digital copying, or other commercial use – whether in whole or in part – requires the prior written consent of the Seller.
§ 9 Data Protection
Personal data provided by the Buyer is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (order processing, dispatch, customer communication) and is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). § 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For Buyers who are consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
For disputes with Buyers who are entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Klotten, Germany.
§ 11 Severability
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original.
